KOMVIA

Terms

Effective 3 September 2026

These are launch-stage terms for Komvia. They have not yet received external legal review and may be refined as the service develops.

Who may use Komvia

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, and verify an email address you control.

Your account

You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity under your account. Tell the Komvia team promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

How to take part

Use Komvia in accordance with the Community Guidelines. Do not harass people, expose private information, impersonate others, interfere with the service, evade safeguards, or use Komvia for unlawful activity.

Your contributions

You retain ownership of material you contribute. You give Komvia a limited, worldwide licence to host, display, process, and reproduce it only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service. You must have the right to share what you post.

Moderation and availability

We may restrict or remove content or accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms. The service may change, pause, or end and is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability.

Ending access

You may ask the launch team to close your account. Some shared-conversation context, safety evidence, and operational backups may remain for a limited period where reasonably necessary; the Privacy Notice explains the current position.

Questions and disputes

Contact the Komvia owner with questions or disputes. A dedicated contact channel remains planned. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
